Good morning everyone.
I've recently acquired P207. Still waiting for my XM (under never-ending restoration), but meanwhile I can use this little Peugeot as a second car. I know, that this is one of the best place to ask questions (and find the right answers), so I wold like to ask about two things:
1) Radio - I have empty space in the middle of car atm. So I'm looking for a right radio for this model. What size should it be? Should it have shelf underneath or just some special, wide housing to cover surroundings?
2) missing bonnet release handle - any suggestions how it should look and if it fairly easy to obtain from second hand market and fit back into right place?
Oh yes, its P207 VIN: VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Thanks for any help or informations

Re: Newly bought 207 - questions
As far as the bonnet catch goes Peugeot only sell the handle complete with the cable & its £56 inc VAT. I would guess it can likley be changed seperatley though.
The radio was originally a single DIN but with a surround. looks like someone has changed it to a double DIN sized but they may have done a bit of butchering to get it to fit.
As the original is already ripped out might be the ideal time to upgrade it to something more modern & with better features. If you are able to re fit an original you will need to have your VIN coded to the new radio with diagnostics.

I'm not too bothered about original radio. If I can get modern replacement I'll go for that. Do you have any hassle free recommendations?
