206 overheating

So its running max 97C, replaced all cooling parts

Did you replace the water pump ? The pump blades can literally rust away . 206 cooling system is tis weakest point from radiator to connectors.

yes see picture. I use red coolant not cheap mix . It never rusted away here

I wouldn't go by colours to be honest, it is the content of the coolant that is important as colours are no indication of the type of coolant.

Hi,
I solve that problem on my peugeot 206 2.0 hdi by adding resistor to new sensor for coolant and adjusting same resistance to start fan on engine , my problem with owerheating was even with new sensor ,
probably cabeling instalation resistance ,.......

now all working fine and on 96 deg fan start on 86 stops without AC on ....
