Peugeot 508 2.0 2017 some diag errors

Hello, maybe someone can explane to me what these errors means.

Have you changed any of the bulbs for LEDs? These are known to cause issues with the lighting circuit.

Fault Code:	B1163 15
Description of Fault:	Number plate lighting control fault: Open circuit or short circuit to the plus. Lamps controlled. Open circuit or short circuit to positive for 2s Conditions of activation of the diagnostics - The following conditions have to be met: - Ignition on - Apart from in economy mode
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Absence of malfunctioning and activation/deactivation of the control
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Unwanted activation (without request) of the lamps The lamps cannot be activated
Suspect Areas:	Electrical harness Built-in systems interface Number plate lamps

Description of Fault:	Trailer right-hand direction indicators control fault: Short circuit to earth. Lamps controlled. Short-circuit to earth detected for 2 seconds. Conditions of activation of the diagnostics - Ignition on
Conditions for Fault to clear:	The following conditions have to be met: - Absence of short-circuit to earth - Application of the method for reactivation of the broken outputs
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Deactivation of the control of the output affected by the fault Doubling of the activation frequency of the right-hand indicators
Symptoms:	The lamp cannot be activated Right-hand direction indicators operating at double frequency
Suspect Areas:	Electrical harness Trailer socket Component connected to the trailer socket Trailer Fuse Box

Actualy i did. Short light i set some leds. But they have black box for error canceling. So all these errors are not to worry? Car running ok i just check today and google didnt show me anything special.

I have one more question. After large service car start usualy take longer. Powering up time is random now. Some time he power up in second and some he need 3-5x time. Today i was at service they check again and Ignition spanner is set as it shoud be. Idk what else can cause it but after service this start to happen. Sorry for my bad English i hope u understand.
