Help with citroen relay central locking woes.

I have a 2014 citroen relay enterprise. The back van door central locking doesn't work, i bought the van with it not working. I have put a new actuator in which didnt help, i probed the wiring loom through the door and found 2 wires with a lack of continuity so i have replaced them but it still wont work.
Any ideas what to try next? Could i just run wires direct to the sliding door as that works fine or do i need a bsi reset following the changes? Wiring diagrams seem to indicate if the side loading works then the back should.
Would the lexia software work for bsi stuff on this van?

Not sure why you would need a bsi reset, a wire run from the side door should work. As long as it's not a mechanical fault.
