After combing through all the advice I could find, sealing the lights, saeling around the airvents behind the bumper, sealing the high stop light and sealing the rubber seal to the car, there was still a leak !
Turns out it was the two stoppers that the glass rests against when closed. When new they have a flexible seal where they clip into the body, but over time that has hardened. Removing them with the aid of a screwdriver up the back to push in the clip and refitting with some PU seam sealer around them, the boot is now dry !
