Hey
So my Renault Clio from 2019, 0,9 tce engine, is on its third set of discs and pads. (done 69.000 miles)
When I got my second set of disc and pad on at 33000 miles, this thing started happening where the brakes would ROAR when you applied them
(pressing the brake , it goes WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAARRR)
Mostly with normal, soft braking - if you do a hard brake there is almost no sound
Now, I figured the mechanic that did this just did a shoddy job, and lived with it.
Now however, I'm on my third set which I did myself and the same thing is happening at it is starting to seriously bug me!
If anything, the noise is worse and the brake pedal is sort of vibrating too!
I'm positive everything is assembled properly, and lubricated with the right lubricant at the right place ! no signs of abnormal wear or anything!
Maybe the wheels felt a bit hot the other day, but maybe that was just normal!
I'm at a point where I just consider selling the car and moving on !
By the way, these sets of discs and pads are of a totally different brand that was used before!
What on earth can be wrong??
Noisy brake issue!

Re: Noisy brake issue!
Just a wild guess but I wonder if there is wear in one or more of the caliper bores and it is piston vibration.
Or one or more of the calipers not properly secured.
Or one or more of the calipers not properly secured.
