Citroen C5 2009 Suspension Problem

Hey there,
I have a Citroen C5 2009 Special Edition, and it's been driving me crazy.

I was riding the car one day, tried to change suspension height and the car got lowered and never rose again.

I checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine, I suspect an electrical problem.

If you were able to lower it there is no connection problem. Can you hear the pump when you open the door?
