C15 (DW8 engine)cooling diagram

Hi, I'm in NW Ireland and struggling to find help with a C15 van that I've just bought. I cannot get the heater to heat. The Matrix is clear, yet there is no heat in either pipe going through the bulkhead. I think I could sort it if I had a coolant diagram (or was more intelligent). There is a diagram for a Peugeot 205 on the web but it's not the same. Help anyone?

It is a very basic system so shouldnt be too hard to troubleshoot.
Have you bled the cooling system? Does the engine overheat & does the cooling fan kick in when its supposed to?
Have you checked no one has removed the thermostat?

Stat has been replaced. Top of engine and vaccum pump feels very hot as does expansion bottle. There's copper particles in the coolant which I believe indicates that Bar's Leaks has been added. Has not brought on warning light but I've never heard the fans running either. Have bled system as best I can.
