2013 DS5 Sport drivers door mirror not extending fully

Hi
The drivers door mirror on my DS5 has stopped extending out fully when you open the doors

Can this be manually extended any way to get it out to the right position

Didn't want to force it and break something expensive

I've tried moving them in and out using the adjustment stick for the mirrors on the righthand side of the dashboard but no joy.

Any tips as have to drive back from Alton Towers later

Just manually put it into position - it's designed to allow this (as in a case where an oncoming vehicle can knock it out of position. You'll find it will be able to swivel a full 180 degrees, so don't panic about it.

Try retracting and opening the mirrors several times later to see if it reinitialises, but if not just manually fold it or open it.
