Water level

Hi
I have problem for 3 months now as the coolant (water ) level always drops to the minimum and the service center checked all pipes also the pump and changed the reservoir cap and the same issue as last service was from 3 weeks and it is full and today i found the reservoir almost empty what is this problem could be

That would be really difficult to find. When hot, pipes will expand so when cold it won't show the leak if there is one. My advice would be to go for a drive and park up at home, put paper/fabric underneath the engine and look for the droplets, to help locate the leak. Could be worth adding a colourant to help locate.

A possibility that occurs to me is that the leak is within the engine, possibly head gasket allowing moisture into the exhaust which then gets blown out and not easily detected or maybe leaking onto the exhaust pipe and evaporating away. Difficult to check as it may not show up in a compression test or even a coolant pressurization test. Look for signs of steam in the exhaust after the engine is properly warm. :)

In all honesty I wouldn't worry about it, there's a Min and Max for a reason. If it drops below Min then there is an issue. Your engine maybe running hot due to driving style or distance covered. It'll heat up that's why it's an expansion tank and will drain off excess. So as long as its on Min or just above don't worry
