2015 C4 Picasso eco mode not working

Can anyone advise me what to do with my problem I have recently bought a 2015 C4 Picasso and the display on the car says engine needs repair and the eco doesn’t work. The car has been damaged on the passenger front fender and the capacitor complete unit is missing due to the accident I have fitted another capacitor with what looks like some sort of ecu and and associated wires.from another car.does this all need some sort of configuration to work on this car. I’ve had a diagnostic test on the car and it has code U1134. Does anyone know what I should do to get the problem fixed.
