C4 Picasso EGS gearbox problem

Hi. Citroen C4 picasso 2007, 2.0 hdi - EGS gearbox. After replacing the clutch kit, two months later the high-pressure tube vomited from the clutch cylinder and breaks out constantly. I pour oil, put the tube in place and after 15 kilometers the tube breaks out again. Visually, the tube and its seat are in order. What could be the problem?
