Fault code P2565 DS3 1.6 E-Hdi.

Hi all, I own a 2013 DS3, its had the fault code P2565 on for quite a while now, clears for a couple seconds then comes straight back, it's had boost control solenoid and a new turbo& wastegate, any suggestions what to try? Wiring to the tps from the ecu all checks out ok.
