C3 central locking help please

Just acquired this car , the problem is when you press the remote to central lock only the driver door locks , once in the car you can press the button to lock all doors but my problem is not being able to secure it , I did change the battery in the fob , the car said battery was low , but nothing has changed, thanks for your help

Can you tell us what year your car is please?

Have you changed any settings on the steering wheel buttons that you can select which doors are locked/unlocked by the remote ?
