Another one!

Hi all, just joined, hello! I recently purchased a 2011 RCZ 200 bhp needing a bit ( lot ) of love! My local Garage, a Classic Car specialist tried extremely hard to put me off buying one, Head Gaskets, Timing Chain issues and Oil Leaks amongst many other things, they failed, I love a challenge! I’m in Buckinghamshire and would like to know if any member has a good Diagnostic machine they would use on my car as the Cooling Fan is on when ever the engine is running and we can not get any Codes. I would put some photos up but my knowledge of I.T. leaves a lot to be desired, it’s an age thing!

Hi Marlowboy - I don't have an RCZ, but have you tried turning the AirCon off? All these PSA cars run the radiator fan(s) at low speed while the aircon is switched on.

Hi, yes, I’ve tried with Air Con off, no difference! Changed Temperature Sender, an interesting “ little “ job as well again no difference. M trying to get the Codes read with a good Peugeot reader.
