How disconnect electricity oxygen sensor? Citroen C4 (B7) 2013

There is very little space for my hands to disconnect the electricity side of the cord. The oxygen sensor cable is below other cables. I can unscrew the side with the oxygen sensor but the cable is short and prevents the sensor from being completely screwed out, therefore I have to somehow also disconnect the electrical end of the cable. Any tips on how to do it? Videos on the Internet doesn't adress this problem with very little space for my hands to work. What is the plastic electrical socket type?

I on one end disconnected the hoses with yellow rings air hoses, so I can now access the electric sockets but I'm not sure how to release them

Update: I was able to unscrew and take out the oxygen sensor without disconnecting the other end which has electric socket.
