Calling all old(er) gents

Unread post by moizeau »

I'm sorting through some stuff and have found some wheels that were on my Landy. They are 6.5" 16" to suit the 750 tyres for trialling. I thought they were standard LWB rims but apparently not due to the 3 nipples on the outer face that would carry a hub cap. The 2 with tyres are slighlty different but have the same offset as far as I can see. I've been told they maybe from an Austin LD van but google images say not.
Any ideas? I want to sell them but don't want to falsely advertise them.

Humber Hawk or Super Snipe or maybe the military Humbers. Like these.

Thanks chaps, the standard LWB rim, which I'll photo tomorrow, is identical bar the nipples.
