Replacing end link and tie rod end. Unfortunately the huge amount of road salt makes this really hard and everything is stuck.
Especially getting the inner end of the tie rod loose from the Inner steering arm has been frustrating. See added image. A guy i i know helped me out using all sorts of vices and heat to no prevail.
Im wondering if there are any suggestions and tips out there?
Also, i read to lower the suspension while om Jack support, and opening the lsd reservoir. Is this correct? When changing end link and removing the bolt through the suspension?

Am I wrong, (I have been wrong once so I knew what it's like!
) but aren't one of the track rod ends a left hand thread?
Are you turning it the right way?
