Citroen relay 2017 hdi blue wipers not working at all

Hi all hope your all well,
I am having problems with my wipers on my citroen relay 2017,
They are not working at all, I have replaced the motor and the wiper stalk with no joy, it seem that I have no positive to the motor!!
Any help would be appreciated

Have you done any basic checks like fuses? What other tests or checks have you done? Do you have diagnostic equipment?
