How do you lubricate BX a sticky sunroof?

How do you lubricate BX a sticky sunroof?

Advice on making a sunroof slide more freely would be much appreciated.
It has not been operated for about a year and is sticky moving from the park position.

lash on the vaseline in the runners. worked for me
