eat6 or is it Porsche tiptronic gearbox

bought car as having eat6 auto gearbox, but according to my handbook its a Porsche tiptronic 6 speed gearbox, now I think Volvo and Saab have same gear gearbox and they say they have to have oil changed at 60,000 miles, so mine has done 69,500 mile so do I have to have mine done also as I don't want it going pear shaped in the future.regards James

I don't know where you are getting your manual from. These are Aisin Warner transmissions and are used in many manufacturers under many different names. EAT6 is the PSA designation for this gearbox.

Best pop your VIN up (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff), so I can see exactly what you have then I can advise on oil.

my car registered 5/8/2016. the manual says it has a automatic gearbox, Porsche tiptronic system, it has automatic one side and manual mode on the other side it has a sport mode and a snow mode.thats in the manual, if you google peugeot Porsche tiptronic system you will see it you are right on the aisin Warner part.regards James

Ok, so you have an AT6 gearbox and therefore require JWS 3324 oil specifically.
