I'm going to start with the most obvious clue.
Low power/boost/speed potentially linked to: Intermittent No Pedal Response for maybe half a second then a thump and it goes. No engine light for 6k miles. Starts every time, but it's slow. Turbo works especially at slow speeds or low pedal.
There seems to be a Sweet Spot on the pedal while accelerating. Press too hard and it seems to Bog down. let off and it goes better. Let off to change gear and it goes faster...............
I'm thinking Throttle Position or Pedal position as TPS/Air Doser has been changed.............but shouldn't rule it out.
