Hi all,
I have a C4 Grand Picasso 2016 1.6 bluehdi 120 which is currently giving the "P20F6" death of adblue tank error. From other posts I believe a replacement is unavoidable.
Can anyone tell me if this is a main dealer only job.

Re: c4gp adblue tank replacement
I've removed that last post as apart from bad advice, it's also illegal to remove or tamper with the emissions equipment.
The fault code you have does not necessarily mean replacement of the adblue tank. It means there is a possible leak (internally or externally) of the UREA and checks are require to determine where the leak is occurring.
It may also mean that it is just the adblue injector that needs replacing. You won't know until you have it checked at the dealers who have to follow a procedure for testing the various parts to determine where the leak is. There is a supposedly extended warranty for the adblue tank of 7 years, so if this was the worst case scenario, you would have to go via a dealer in order for any replacement costs / contribution to be made by Citroen.
