DS5 rearwiper delete

Hellow everyone.
I recently bought a DS5 - 2013.
I love to remove the rearwiper as it doesnt do much anyways and i think it would look great without it.
Does anybody know the size of the hole in the glass, since i will get a glassplug custommade for it.

I don't know, but I wouldn't want to be without mine. The back window is fairly upright, so it gets lots of road spray sucked up onto it. It's laughably tiny, one review suggested it was the smallest ever fitted to a production car. In fact you could probably fit 2 or 3 of them across the width. However, it does actually enable you to see what's behind - whether it's a truck that's too close or something or someone you're reversing towards.

Would it pass an MOT without one?

I agree it is rather small, like a jack Russell tail . But seriously, I imagine it would be an mot issue as its removed from the factory spec. Probably check with your garage before removing it.

Rear wipers are not an MOT requirement in the UK. Only the front are checked. But the OP would need to check as the regulations may be different in Denmark.

In Denmark you dont need the rearwiper at MOT.
Ive ordered a plug for closing the hole.
So ill keep you updated on the project.

I cant tell you yet.
I will know when im taking it apart.
The plug i bought should fit a range of Citroens, so my guess is the holesize is standard-something.
