Electronic handbrake fault
Hi all. I've seen the most lovely Renault laguna initiale on a 10 plate. Really nice inside and out. Going at a great price as the electronic handbrake is showing on the dash as faulty. Should I walk away? What costs would o be looking at to fix and would it need to go to a specialist to fix it,? Cheers, Dean

Re: Electronic handbrake fault
Costs will be completely unknow without knowing the cause of the fault.
As usual with such sales if it was a reasonable price to repair they would have done it so prob best to walk away.

Depends on your haggling and mechanical skills, haggle them down alot, reason repairs can be expensive is garage labour costs. Just a thought, would the fault be covered by the warranty, in other words, by it cheap, without the condition being recorded.
