My question is very simple - can you swap the c2's non-heated back end seat upholstery from one seat frame to another?
My driver's seat recliner got busted (which is seemingly a very common occurence on these seats for some reason), and I need to replace it. I've been thinking about buying a different spec seat and swapping the upholstery to the frame as I want to do it cheaply and without looking everywhere for vts seats
.I've already dissasembled the seat before to see if I can mend it (I couldn't, some small part fell out of the spring mechanism and I couldn't figure out how to put it back) and I know that I can remove the lower upholstery bit. I haven't tried to remove the back end, however. I thought somebody else migtht've had the same problem here.
