I have been trying to fix an ongoing issue for a while but I am not winning. The car is a 2009 308 with the 110hp 1.6 HDi engine. We have a tiny oil leak at the air outlet pipe from the turbo and from the intercooler pipes at the air doser. I changed the outlet pipe and cleaned and reseated the intercooler pipes but the problem persisted, a week later the oil is back.
A few days back it threw a P0069 and went into limp mode, we reset it and it seems fine but we probably have an intermittent over boost issue and that would also explain the air being forced out at the turbo outlet and the intercooler hoses.
I have checked the waste gate arm and it is free, it goes all the way down when you start the engine and with the engine off you can push it down and springs back closed when released.
I have a scrap 207 with the same engine and sensors to swap things over and I have Diagbox to look at live data. What do you guys suggest I check/try to get to the bottom of this problem? Thanks.
