Hi I am wondering if anyone can help me I have a Peugeot boxer 2019 2.0 euro 6 it keeps coming up with the faults in the photo . I have changed map sensor , turbo boost sensor , engine wiring loom , turbo , all vacuum pipes , egr and throttle body . Any help would be greatly appreciated as it’s about to find out what a can of petrol and a lighter can do to fix this problem

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
I deleted one of the images as it was showing the exact info as the other one.

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
Why have you changed the MAP sensor when it's telling you the Camshaft Position sensor is faulty?

It’s also had a new cam shaft sensor and has the Feeds it should to the sensor but saying incorrect data or cam shaft can’t be detected

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
A word of caution on sensors - be careful where you buy them from and get a decent branded sensor as cheap ones have known to be dead on arrival. Avoid ECP like the plague.

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
So what is the actual fault with the van? Non starter? rough running? loss of power?

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
Have you tried a mityvac on the wastegate actuator on the turbo & make sure its moving freely & holding vacuum?

Re: Nightmare Peugeot boxer
sorry to be of no help
I run a courier company and have run vans for 30 years These Boxers have been the biggest nightmare we have had when it comes to vans Fortunately they are on long term hire but we cover big distances and have been inconvenienced with breakdowns .
The engines are made of butter and we have gone through 3 in the last 2 years two failing around 120k and one at 40K We have had problems with the adblue systems and they are simply a pain in most parts of the body!
