I am having an issue with the cabin blower(blowers?). No activity at all when turning it on. I can also add that the fans in the back are not working either. In addition, there is no sound when I change the airflow from windscreen to feet for example. So I am not sure that the problem is only the blower?
Please see the pictures below. As you can see, I get 12 V into the alternator and also 12 V in the cable from the alternator to the blower. The small contact does not have any voltage at all (and no/unlimited resistance as far as I can measure). This is with the ignition turned on. I am aware that the car will go into power save mode after a few minutes.
I am just wondering if the fact that 12 V goes into the blower, but that it doesn’t work. Can I be sure that the blower is the fault? What about the small contact that goes into the alternator (in the picture)? And what about the 2 passenger seat blowers? Can all 3 blowers be toast at the same time?
