Just bought a 2010 Nemo 1.4HDi van from a mate to fill a vehicle gap for my business..... Lifelong Ford fan, plas got into Landrovers a few years ago.. Thats a whole other forum..!!
So far, in three weeks, Ive replaced the alternator, changed the front disks and pads, changed the oils and filters.... So Im finding out quite a bit about what mechanically makes this vehicle tick.
Need some advice on locating the glow plugs, and replacing the clutch in the next few weeks.... Very good with the spannners, and I have my own diagnostic Artidiag 800, which has paid for itself many times over....
Expect some questions.....

Hi, and
to the Forum. Looks like you have been quite busy. I will say that, as the HDi engines are quick to start even in the cold, you probably don't need to replace the glow plugs (but if you decide to, be careful, as there have been occasions where the tip has snapped off and gone into the cylinder, with all the grief that can cause).
