I have been following this thread to solve a similar problem:
Citroen C4 Picasso heater blower: viewtopic.php?t=62512
I discovered that the connector in the blower has burnt out, either due to condensation or water escaping from the drainage system.
Can anyone please identify the connector(please see attached photo), so I can replace it ?
Also, is there any guide to clearing out drainage systems in the C4 ?
Thanks

That connector could be for anything. However, the wires will have codes printed every few inches or so, and if you can find these and post them here the Moderators will be able to identify what they are for, and let you know.

The bigger problem is that the surface of the mating pin on the blower motor will also be damaged, and a new connector is likely to fail again.
My advice would be to solder a pair of wires directly to the motor and fit some convenient connector externally.

The label was quite far back.
Did my best to get photos of all detail on that cable.
As attached
Thanks

This looks like it here > https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/295198017061 ... kKEALw_wcB
Plenty of the harnesses on ebay
Depending on build date & spec many of them are now unavailable from the dealer but they are over £300 new for the harness anyway.

The new price is a shocker !
For the year of the car I have, I would be going budget 2nd hand.
Thanks.

Re: Can anyone please identify connector(attached photo), so can replace ?
As mentioned you can buy them on Ebay BUT why has it melted in the first place? Could be something as simple as a poor connection I suppose, I had the exact same problem a few months ago, I noticed my resistor was a bit grubby so replaced that and also put a new wiring connector in, fast forward 3 months fan stopped working again and the new connector was melted as well! In the end I bought a secondhand fan motor complete with resistor and connector from Ebay and so far all is well, can only presume my fan motor was failing so drawing too much current through the resistor and this was causing the melting issues.
Replacing the connector alone will likely just result in another melted connector, you need to figure out why it is is melting in the first place.
