After some help. I’ve recently had my brakes changed on my Citroen dispatch and I’ve now had a faults come up ‘esp/asr system faulty’ and ‘braking system faulty’.
I’ve plugged in a cheapy fault reader and it’s given 2 codes -
U1113
U0122
Can anyone help as to what’s gone wrong and what needs to be done to fix the issue.

Looks like whoever has done your brakes has managed to damage something related to the ABS / ESP system.
Normally if one of the wheel sensors was damaged during the operation you would get a specific fault code that would tell you which sensor, but none of these codes are related to that. The faults are related to no communication on the CAN network to the ABS / ESP ECU.
So I would be looking near the ABS Block on the vehicle and see if they have damaged the wiring connections or connector.
If you paid a garage to do the work - take it back.
