Re: Crank no Start
Need a bit of background to the fault.
Did it cut out whilst driving now wont start?
Was it starting Ok one day then not the next?
Has it been gradually getting harder to start now wont start at all?
Any fault codes?
Are you getting cam & crank synchronisation?

Re: Crank no Start
So dad was driving and it cut out and went ino limp mode.
Took to the garage they replace fuel filter to no avail.
Bought it home.
At this point the car would start, runs. It struggles at low rpm but smooth at high rpm. However would cut out when put into drive.
We played around with the turbo solenoid, we took the hose that goes from the solenoid and the car would return back to normal. We was able to drive forward and back on the drive.
We then took the dpf off and cleaned it, also took the turbo out and the vanes were clogged. So cleaned the turbo. Cleaned surrounding pipes . Intercooler had oil, so flushed that too.
Put it all back together, and now the car cranks but no start
Looking at the Lexia report above it states when the car is cranked that cam and crank has sync of YES

Re: Crank no Start
Only fault code is the one that states the starter ran for too long without a start
