Hi,is the head on a n/a 1.9d the same internaly as a 1.9td?I ask this as my bro`s cam belt snapped,got a new head but valves touch pistons,stopping u from from turning engine.Was told new head(s/hand)came from clio.Any ideas??Thanks

are you sure you have the cam belt in the right place ,check that all the timing marks are right first,then try turning the front pulley with a big ring spanner

Yes,all in right place.Everything lined up,checked & checked again.He`s just got another car today,so ithink it will b going to the scrapy in the sky.
