Hello from Leicestershire!

Hello everyone! I've recently bought a rather nice C6. (2.7 HDi V6 Exclusive). Not surprisingly with such a complicated beast a few niggly gremlins but I've sorted a couple already without too much bother. The car has been recently recommissioned by Wolsey House Motors in Diss after being in storage for a while, so up to now it's been dirty contacts etc that have manifested. It's getting better with use for sure. One thing I need to properly diagnose is a fairly rough cold start - doesn't do it every time but most of the time it does. Smooth as anything once warmed up but a diesel knock when first started and it's cold. I wonder if it may be overfilling or something?

I've had a look at the members list but of course as I've only just joined I can't PM anyone. There's a member called CitroenCrazy in Hinckley who has Diagbox and I wondered if I might be able to contact him this way? I'm not far from Hinckley at all and it would be great to meet up with another member and seek advice - I'd sooner pay a fellow member than a main dealer!

Plenty on the forum to look at while you wait. Have a look round from the board index above and you will see many sub forums. The Off Topic Chat Lounge has all sorts of things going on for entertainment, amusement and even education. I would not consider ownership of C6 without having my own Lexia clone. The software installation is a bit torturous, but some suppliers will provide a package wit pre-installed on a suitable PC.
