Hi
I've a 508 2.0 blueHDI 110.0KW 66 plate that has the Anti Rollback, ABS, ESP Warning lights on. I've run the diagnostics through a BOSCH garage & it has the fault code 5385 Valve Relay - ESP 8.1.
The garage advised that this is probably requiring a whole new unit at £1050 & of course on back order & can only be fixed by a dealership!!
Has anyone else had this issue or know of an alternative fix.

Following my previous post about the Anti rollback, ABS & ESP warning light. I have now started the car several times & the messages are not there & cleared themselves for them only to return 2 minutes after driving.
I've checked the fuses near the battery, any other suggestions?

That's not a recognisable code, so can't help you there, but I think anything internal to the ABS / ESP block is going to need replacing or removing and sending off for repair at a specialist.
The system self-checks and the second a fault is detected, it will disengage many safety features including ESP, all Hill Start Assist functions and possibly even your ABS, so be warned if you have these warnings on at any time, you will very likely have standard braking only.
