107 not starting but turns over
2009 107 been starting well then after a week of not using and very cold weather it won’t start. The engine turns and sounds like it will start but never catches. It’s like no fuel is getting to engine. Also rest of ignition lights go off when key is turned but STOP light continues flashing. Any ideas?

Re: 107 not starting but turns over
I am still learning about Peugeot cars....
Do a volts drop test of battery when cranking.
I believe if battery voltage drops below a certain level during cranking, the ECU system "drops out", so won't start.
Halfrauds used to do a free battery capacity/health check ?
It's the time of year for failing batteries to fail to start cars....

Re: 107 not starting but turns over
Basics, does it definitely have enough fuel in it? dont trust the fuel gauge, especially not on a 107/C1, when the reserve light comes on there is not a lot of fuel in it.
Can you hear the fuel pump priming when you turn the ignition on?
Think back to the last time the engine actually started, was it started when cold & only ran for a very short period of time (eg less than 30 seconds to swap cars round on a driveway for example?)
