Hello, I am wondering if anyone could help me I have a oil leak on my 5008 vacuum pump and ive been told that replacement is the only option yet I cant seem to understand why the seals cant be replaced on the vacuum pump if the vacuum pump is still in working order.
I have searched the web and cant find a seal kit for my model vacuum pump i have found seals for a ford that looks the same but dont want to risk buying the wrong one as im wanting to fix the oil leak before i go away this week end with my family and cant take a risk, im wondering if anyone could help me and point me to where i could get a seal kit from or if there is a seal kit from a different pump that would fit this vacuum pump..
so my car model is the 5008, 2012 model e-hdi 1.6 allure. the vacuum pump is model bosch 9804021880
