What is causing high reading
Hi there I have a low mileage HDI RCZ that has a absolute throttle position of 85.9 % at idle ? And when I try to do live mapping I get no response not even a flat line this is with both Torque app and with my Autel AP200 dongle. The issue that I have with my car is when accelerating through the gears the power drops out and goes into limp mode but with no EML light what are your thoughts

Hi. Has your throttle pedal unit ever got wet? Rain water or over exuberant valeting or something like that. I suspect the connection from your throttle unit.

Did you put a multimeter on it while it was off?

Re: What is causing high reading
the unit to try and prove complete continuity as you move the switch part round and the connector from both sides to find any high resistance or issues

It is highly likely you won't find anything but you have done the visual bit, do the electrical test bit and then the live test bit while the unit is in your hands and visible.

Best to use "Citroen and Peugeot Official" thread and ask Marc - GiveMeAbreak. He will probably want your vin no but don't worry, the site automatically covers them from public sight. So, go to "Citroen and Peugeot Official" in the Board Index and put a request on it for the pin out diagram. Pop in your vin and Marc will sort that for you. He is a very busy guy on here but he will get back to you. You may need to make a donation but one payment gives you unlimited access to official info and diagrams for 2 years.

Re: What is causing high reading
I was itching to get out and do some testing today but the did not allow cats and dogs all day. So I had a quick look about on EBay and the are plenty of second hand pedals so it might be easier to try a different pedal. So can anyone tell me what is the part number on this example picture as there are quite a few numbers but which is the part number ? Thanks
