DS4 heater sensor

Hi all

Having taken the car apart twice and found that the fan works with direct power to it and replaced the fuse. We think it is either the sensor that has perhaps gone but can't trace it back? Does anyone have any knowledge of this?? (The little brown and pink wires shown in attached image)
