citroen berlingo 1.9 d problem with electronics
greetings, berlingo 1.9d 2007. After the car was not driven for 2-3 days, yesterday I started it and it doesn't work, it revs and the battery light comes on, when you step on the gas, it starts to knock and smoke, considering that the weather is wet, it has been raining for a couple of days. my first thought was that the problem was the crankshaft sensor, but the vehicle won't connect to diagnostics (tried delphi and wurth), after that I took off the alternator and found one unsoldered wire from the stator, I fixed that problem and returned the alternator and now the battery is full at 14.2 v, but the other problems are still present, the battery light is still on, the lights don't work, it flickers when you step on the gas, when I turn off the vehicle, it shuts off 2-3 seconds after turning the key, it won't connect to the diagnostics, the cabin lights don't work when opening the door, it seems to me that the glow plugs are constantly on... what do you think, is it a bsi issue?? or bsm? is it possible that he got it because that one wire was unsoldered on the altenator?

Sounds like theres a serious earth problem to me , find all earth points clean them , check the glow plug relay if thats gone to ground then the plugs might stay on longer than they should , youtube will have videos how to test glow plug relay, hope this helps.
