LHM Overflow

Post by BrianM »

Pulling out frm the house the other morning I noticed LHM on the ground, out I got to see a drip from the overflow on the tank. The last work done on the LHM system was about 4 weeks ago to replace the high pressure pipe to the front drivers suspension which had developed a leak. I have done over 1500 miles since this and there was no problem. The LHM level still looks ok !. Put it over the pit over the weekend but could see no other leak. Can anybody throw any light on this ?
Thanks

May be a bit of nitrogen from a sphere gone back into the system or the suspension has lowered a bit more than it did just after the work was done & sent a bit more back to the tank.
Have you noticed the accumulator clicking a bit more often than previously? I ask this as the accumulator is one of the biggest culprits at making this happen when they start to drop pressure.
Don't lose any sleep over it as it's not serious.

Thanks Alan,
No real noticable change in ticking, I replaced all spheres about 5 months ago ( about 12,000 miles ), so I hope there is no problems with them.
