Hello!
I drive Citroen jumpy 2000.
I have problem with clutch or clutch pedal and that's why I'm here.
Problem: sometimes when I press clutch down l hear a click from the pedal and it goes straight to floor and gets stuck there (I need to use my toes to pull it back up) and gear stays on while it's down. I need to repeat it few times to get it hold again (I mean that it works normaly again) I think the problem occurs only in colder weather because last spring and summer it didn't do it once and now it started again when temperature is close to 0c. There is no extra noices from the engine and when pedal works normally, all gears works perfectly.
The problem started last winter.
Do you think the problem is in the clutch or in clutch pedal ?
Sorry for my bad English, hope you understand what I tried to explain !

Re: Citroen jumpy clutch pedal problem
Is it a cable operated clutch? It sounds like the adjuster mechanism in the cable is slipping, which would probably require the clutch cable is replaced.

Re: Citroen jumpy clutch pedal problem
Yes cable operated clutch, there is one cylinder I think, could that also be faulty ? And it seems to stop doing the problem when car gets warm. I would think the problem would not get away if there would be problem with clutch ?
