Well, oil prices are crazy and some autoparts shops provide some recomended oils for my car but i want to know what citroen has to say. What are the correct recommended specifications by the brand so i can choose with a more informed view and search for alternative oil brands that fit the required.
I know by now that 0w30 is the right oil to go but what about things like API, ACEA, wich specifications are for the 1.5 BlueHdi 100cv? Is there any citroen page i can check out?

Engine oils are specific to both the vehicle engine and the climate they will be used in.
Pop your VIN up (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff) and I can advise of the official oil and specification.
