HELP PLEASE DS5 HYBRID4 B1300, B1301 ,B1151, B1152 ,uf100

Hi guys my 2012 ds5 hybrid4 2.0hdi hybrid is suffering with the engine light coming on when starting and im getting the following faults
B1300 --13 fault in a/c compressor clutch open circuit
B1301 --13 control fault of the variable swept volume for a a/c compressor open circuit
B1151 --12 windshield wash pump control fault short circuit to positive
B1152 --12 rear screen wash pump control fault short to positive
U1f00 00 -no recording in the error information

The check engine light is coming on when starting and the service light remains inluminated please can anyone shed some light i have checked the wire for the a/c compressor and this is commected

Before you look at the faults you have listed, the most important one is the one you missed off the list: B1003!

That is a 'Secure Configuration Fault' and tells me either an attempt has been made to alter the parameters of an ECU or an unsuccessful download has been made and has left the ECU concerned in an improperly configured state. For example, the calibration file applied does not correspond to the type of vehicle configured.

I would focus on getting that corrected first before looking at the other issues as they could be related.

Thanks i will look into this is there a way to apply default to the ecu if some one has messed with it

Software downloads for ECUs in secure mode generally require dealership access to PSA servers to download as a login is required. As we don't know which ECU this is referring to, you may have to bite the bullet and get Citroen to check and download anything required as part of a diagnostic.

Took it to a friend's garage managed to clear most and they didnt come back but on his equipment gettjng p1694 it clears till engine starts thats the ome causing my engine light

Here's the fault descriptor - but may also be associated with the previous ECU issue I mentioned.

Fault Code:	P1694
Description of Fault:	Drive train: Starting line anomaly status. When the starter is activated, ensure that the engine speed does not remain zero for 2 s. The following conditions have to be met: - Ignition on - Indicator lamp READY lit
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Start up using the starter after repair
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Problem activating the power unit.
Suspect Areas:	Hybrid control ECU.

hi all my citroen ds5 has been playing up for a while i just have this one problem left on it the fault will clear and engine light and service light will go off but upon starting the car the faults return they are saved in the hcu1 which is hybrid control unit 1i believe faults are

P1694---DRIVE TRAIN
P16B5---DRIVE TRAIN
P16B5---DRIVE TRAIN

I have so far been advised to change crankshaft sensor the aux belt and the alternator but i dont want to start firing parts at it can any one shed any light on these codes or give me a good idea how to check which is really playing up

As per the other fault, this is indicative of a the Hybrid ECU. Unfortunately the Traction Battery and all the components are a complete unit and not sold separately. They are not cheap and currently about £6500 for the parts only, without fitting, or programming.

The expected life of these units is about 10 years, so you are at this upper limit.

Fault Code:	P16B5
Description of Fault:	Drive train : Starter motor piloting fault. Reconfiguration diagnostics following protection of the starter after 8 start ups by the starter or after 5 start up failures by the starter following a starter anti-seizing procedure. The following conditions have to be met - Ignition on - Indicator lamp READY lit
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Starting with the starter
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Problem activating the power unit
Suspect Areas:	Hybrid control ECU
