Ds7 won't start

Hi
Can anybody help please. My car has gone into energy economic mode and won't come out of it. My car won't pit the ignition on at all now so can't plug a diagnostics computer to it and since the energy economy mode come on it's saying park brake failure and steering lock is on even though it isn't can anybody help please

Economy mode does not affect starting or running of the engine, nor does it prevent diagnostic communication with the BSI or engine ECU. So I think you have a different problem.

My guess would be the battery has failed

If you've replaced the battery, you need to reinitialise the fobs to unlock the electronic steering lock and permit starting. Look in your owner handbook for the procedure (under the section for replacing fob batteries and reinitialising).

The issue is Ds itself) Please read my posts DS7 faults after being unused for 3 weeks. You can try bsi reset, Had one situation in citroen c4 picasso that steering wheel was so tight turned that electric steering lock didn't have enough power to operate. Try to pry on the steering wheel to release the pressure from steering lock and start it. It might help
