Window Noise

I have noticed over the last couple of days when i close the drivers windows after it's fully shut i get a very short faint whine from behind the door panel,
It happens twice in succession and that's it but always when fully closed,
Its not the rubbers is it the motor on its way out?

The window uplift motor is still trying to achieve the up stop position. Investigate by lowering and lifting the window a
few times. Is it running quickly r slowly?
