Peugeot 2015 3008 hybrid4 doesn´t go electric mode

Hi, I have a 2015 diesel 3008 hybrid. All system work, but it doesn’t go in electric mode.

When we drive in diesel, in the screen appears the Battey charging and all animation.

They said probably was the 12V battery and changed it. Didn’t solve.

I´ve tried leave the battery off all night and charging it. Disconnected all lights, including stops, because I ear that probably the 12volts system didn’t let the hybrid electric system start

Any suggestions?
