Very likely if you have a diesel of this year that you will. The DPF uses an additive system and the vehicle is telling you that the additive tank needs topping up as it estimates insufficient additive remaining until the next scheduled service when it should be checked (at a dealer anyway).

So you need the have the additive fluid topped up with the correct type of additive and it also needs the engine ECU additive counter reset with a professional level diagnostic tool. The additive tank is concealed next to the fuel tank, usually on the rear left side, and behind the heat shielding and guards.

If you don't have the correct diagnostics and laptop, either get the dealer to do it for you or a reputable garage that knows what they are doing.

Don't leave it though as if the fluid runs out the particle filter will begin to block up and ultimately this could cost you more if it becomes so full that it can no longer regenerate which can be anything from 75% and above.
