phase 3 306 headlights

hey hey, got a 306 r reg dturbo with those single beam h4 headlight housings. Im goin to upgrade to the clear twin beam (h7) housings, they fit straigt in. But, does anyone know what type of connector it takes on the back of the housing? Is it the 3 pin (h4 type) or two separate harnesses (each h7 bulb), hence 2 two pin connectors?
